In order for vehicles with foreign license plates passing through our motorway to avoid being penalized, they are required to be HGS subscribers and have at least enough balance in their HGS accounts to cover the toll.

Those drivers registered to label and wishing to pay their toll through their label account (HGS) become subject to pass violation since the balance in their label account is insufficient during the pass. If the balance in the label account is not replenished to cover toll amount within 15 days from the date of pass, a legal fine is also be added to the toll amount.
