SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of the Contract of the Ankara-Niğde Motorway Project tendered with the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model within the frame of the procedures and principles set out by Law no. 3996 and the Council of Ministers Decision 2011/1807 on the Implementing Procedures and Principles of Law 3996 on the Procurement of Certain Investments and Services within the framework of the Build-Operate-Transfer Model Basis consist of: 

• Financing, project design and construction in accordance with the Contract and its annexed tender documents and specifications and,
  
• The Operation, maintenance, periodical maintenance and repair of the Motorway in accordance with the Contract and its transfer to the Employer free of charge, free from any debt and in a well maintained, working and usable condition at the end of the Operation Period.
  

The works to be performed by the Appointed Company within the scope of the Project are provided under the main headings below and the sections of the Motorway between Ankara and Niğde include these:

• Ankara-Acıkuyu Interchange;
• Acıkuyu Intersection-Alayhan Interchange;
• Alayhan Intersection-Gölcük Interchange;
