ABOUT MOTORWAY USE OF VEHICLES WITH FOREIGN PLATES

In order for vehicles with foreign license plates passing through our motorway to avoid being penalized, they are required to be HGS subscribers and have at least enough balance in their HGS accounts to cover the toll.

In order to prevent the vehicles with foreign license plates from being penalized if they pass through our highway without an HGS account or without sufficient balance in their accounts;

1. Payment Method: They must open an HGS account within 15 days from the date of transition, and upload a sufficient balance to their accounts to cover at least the transition fee,
2. Payment Method: Payment via Türkiye İş Bankası Banking Systems,
3. Payment Method: They must make the payment by making a debt inquiry with their Vehicle Plate or VPN Number on the "Violated Pass Inquiry and Online Payment" screen on www.ankaranigdeotoyolu.com or by clicking the link below.

Otherwise, within the scope of law no. 6001;

• If payment is not made within 15 days from the date of passage, a penalty of 1 (one) fold will be added to the passage fee as of the 16th day,
• If payment is not made within 45 days from the pass date, a penalty of 4 (four) times will be added to the pass fee starting from the 46th day.

In order to prevent vehicles with foreign license plates passing through violations from waiting in line at customs gates and causing queuing, they are required to pay the toll fees and penalty amounts using any of the above-mentioned payment methods before arriving at the customs gates.
